As a computer systems specialist and trainer with Dow Jones & Company for five years, Donna provided desktop support to reporters and editors of The Wall Street Journal. She also delivered nationwide training on the company's corporate communications system and wrote and designed online tutorials, interactive presentations and video programs for training certification programs.
Her achievements also include work as a consultant for Computer Horizons where she drew on her specialized experience using Excel, Word, Access and QuickBooks. In this role, she provided monthly reporting and metrics for one client during their Y2K project and, for another client, documented end-to-end processes and procedures for the IT department.
More recently, she was involved in implementing and documenting processes to track and monitor workflows, bill cycles, reporting and payroll processing.
